All users have the ability to upload videos up to 15 minutes in length.

At one point, users who initially had Director accounts were able to upload longer content - users with these old Director accounts still retain the ability to do so which explains why you may occasionally see videos from regular (non-Partner) uploaders which are longer than fifteen minutes. Having a Director account no longer gives you the ability to upload videos longer than 15 minutes.

Changing your account type to a Director, Comedian, Musician, or Guru still offers a variety of other account features like the ability to add a custom logo, tour date information, and links to other websites. To change your account type, please see this Help Center article.

Click your username in the upper right-hand corner, then click Channel. On your Channel page, open the Settings tab. Click the drop-down menu next to 'Channel Type' and select among YouTuber, Director, Musician, Comedian, Guru, and Reporter.

hocam yaptım hala aynı sonramı düzelir ?

kanalı director yaptıysan uzun videolar yükleyebilirsin ama videounun boyutu yine en fazla 100 mb olmalı yani video'u convert edebilirsin ya da kaliteyi düşürebilirsin

eğer yine olmuyorsa o zaman eski director hesabı olan bir hesap bulmalısın galiba yeni director hesaplar yükleyemiyor... ama tam emin değilim...
